How I can check the status of my order?

What items are not eligible for return?
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for orders purchased from third party vendors like Lazada. Kindly contact them directly for their return and exchange policies.
What is your Return Policy?
- 1. NO EXCHANGE OF MIND REFUNDS ON SALE - Consumers have the right to choose and make a canvass of prices, once an items is on sale whether it has a defect, one cannot return the goods nor ask for a refund.
- 2. NO EXCHANGE OF MIND ON CUT FABRICS NOR ACCESSORIES - For cut to measure items which includes fabric, please choose carefully as we are not able to exchange or refund items for any change of mind
- 3. DEFECT DUE TO MISHANDLING OF THE BUYER - Prohibition covers only hidden defects, shoddy goods or imperfect service.
- 4. NO REFUNDS ON COLOR DISCREPANCY - Please be reminded that due to lighting effects there will be slight differences in the color tone of the pictured item and actual item.
- 5. DISCREPANCY IN YARDAGE - As the consumer received the items, it is their responsibility to double check the yardage of each cut fabrics before cutting.
